How payments work

5elementsclub.com is a paid service. Access requires a one-time registration fee and an active monthly subscription. All payments are processed through the crypto network listed below.

Payment Terms

By registering and using the paid features of the Service, the user agrees to these Payment Terms.

1. Registration and Service Fees

1.1. Registration Fee

To create an account, the user must pay a registration fee with a 90% discount in the amount of 1,000 USDT. The discount is valid until September 1, 2026. The full registration fee is 10,000 USDT.

The registration fee:

  1. is required to activate the account;
  2. is charged only once;
  3. is non-refundable after successful account activation.

1.2. Monthly Subscription Fee

After registration, the user must pay a monthly subscription fee starting from the second month in order to access the Service features.

The subscription fee is:

  1. 100 USDT per month

2. Automatic Renewal

The subscription renews automatically every month unless the user cancels it in advance.

3. Subscription Cancellation

Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings.

After cancellation:

  1. the subscription remains active until the end of the paid billing period;
  2. After the end of the paid subscription period, the account will become inactive.

4. Refund Policy

4.1. Registration Fee

The registration fee is non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

4.2. Subscription Payments

Subscription payments are non-refundable for any billing period already started unless otherwise required by law.

5. Price Changes

The Service reserves the right to change pricing at any time.

Users will be notified in advance through:

  3. announcements on the website.

6. Payment Methods

7. Account Suspension

The Service reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to an account:
